Remodeling is such
a venture.
When
completed the changes are refreshing and will revive a house
into a home. Here, at Worls Class Improvements & Lifestyles, we strive to make this journey an
informative and insightful venture, whether you are planning a
renovation, a remodel, an addition, or guest house.

Before
 |
Purchasing a new home can now mean moving to the far north,
south, west or east, not a choice everyone wants to make. Our
client for this project is centrally located in downtown
Scottsdale. It is a single-family residence built in the
seventies with original
landscape, flooring, paint, floor plan and appliances. This
house sits on a nice lot and three good-sized bedrooms. For
our project we will address the inside and leave the opportunity
to landscape the backyard to suit the lifestyle of the new
residents for the next project.
The pictures to the left show you
what we were starting with - the before. While the home's
vaulted ceilings are appealing, the style was outdated, the
tiles and the kitchen were outdated. The drab living room,
needed to be made modern.
On the upside the size, 1,860
square feet and location was perfect for an on-the-go
professional or active, semi-retired couple.
So lets' get
Started
It's easy to look at a project
this size and think, "we can handle this all by ourselves. If I
leave Fridays open for the next few months, I should be able to
whip this place into shape." Well most will tell you, once they
get started - they then say: Don't even attempt anything more
than a single room makeover without professional help, or you'll
be the one needing personal professional help!
So the first thing, is to
call Kermit Lennick at World Class Lifestyles & Improvements - He is licensed bonded and an experienced contractor. His company will make the entire process
run smoothly and you will be delighted with the changes to your
home.
Choosing Your Team
Unless you really want to spend
days at the city zoning and planning office, or wandering around
like a lost soul at a supplier's
store, you need a licensed building contractor and Kermit is
great to do business with.
His company, WCI & L, brings more than
30 years of
custom home building and remodeling experience to the table. His
extensive background in remodeling is what is attractive. From
simple room expansions to palatial transformations, Lennick has
done the job to the satisfaction of designers architects and
homeowners. You can visit his job sites and talk with a number
of his former clients, their comments are all very positive and
their experience wonderful, noting his complete attention was on
this project - no cell phone interruptions, no sense of rushing
through the details - our confidence soared. We received a
written proposal of service in just two days, detailing
absolutely everything we covered in our discussion. We found the
right contractor to implement our required changes - we were
leaping over a huge hurtle.
